• Do you offer returns or exchanges?

    Because each of our items are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges or returns unless you've received an incorrect or damaged item. Please be sure to check our detailed Fit Guide prior to making your order to ensure you select the intended size.

  • What if my package was marked delivered but it's not here?

    Unfortunately, once a package has been marked delivered, we are no longer able to track it. We recommend reaching out directly to the carrier to inquire about its whereabouts and see if it was delivered to the wrong address. 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We currently only offer domestic shipping to customers within the United States, but we hope to expand shipping to other regions in the future.
